Baby and child sleep is one of the most important factors for a child’s health, development and emotional wellbeing, as well as for the balance of the whole family.
Through collaborations with health professionals, maternity centres, childcare providers, psychologists and parent organisations, my goal is to contribute to education, prevention and meaningful support for families around baby and child sleep (0–6 years).
My approach is based on up-to-date scientific knowledge about child sleep, while respecting each child’s development and the unique needs of every family.
Why Children’s Sleep Is So Important
