Gentle Sleep Support for Babies & Children

I support families worldwide in understanding their child’s sleep needs and creating calmer nights through personalized, holistic baby and child sleep consulting.

Common Child Sleep Challenges I Can Help With

Many families reach out to a baby and child sleep consultant when sleep difficulties begin to affect everyday family life.

Here are some of the most common baby and child sleep challenges I help families navigate:

Difficulty falling asleep at bedtime

Frequent night wakings

Bedtime resistance, negotiations, or overstimulation before sleep

• Needing breastfeeding in order to fall asleep or to settle during night wakings

• Falling asleep only with rocking, holding, or constant assistance

• An irregular sleep schedule

Co-sleeping or frequent night visits to the parents’ bed, when the goal is for the child to sleep in their own bed or room so everyone can rest better

• Frequent meltdowns, overtiredness, or emotional outbursts during the day

• Feeling exhausted and overwhelmed as a parent

• Wanting to understand what is normal in baby and child sleep and how to build healthy sleep habits from early on

Through sleep consulting, we work together to understand the deeper causes behind these challenges and create personalized sleep solutions that truly fit your child and your family.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are not sure which option best fits your needs, you can start with a free 20-minute consultation.

During this short conversation, I will listen to what is happening with your child’s sleep and suggest the type of sleep support that may be most helpful for you and your child.

Sleep support is available for families who are expecting a baby, as well as for families with children from newborn up to around 6 years old.

Because children’s sleep needs change significantly with age, the guidance is always tailored to the child’s developmental stage and the needs of the family.

No. My approach is based on holistic, responsive and child-centered sleep practices. I do not use methods that leave a child to cry alone. Instead, we focus on building healthy sleep habits in a way that respects the parent–child relationship, the child’s emotional needs and the rhythm of each family.

Every child and every family is different. In many cases, parents begin to notice improvements within the first days or weeks, when the recommendations we agree on are applied consistently. Sleep changes always happen at a pace that feels safe, supportive and appropriate for the child, while respecting the needs and rhythm of the whole family.

Frequent night wakings are very common and can be influenced by many factors, such as sleep schedules, sleep associations, developmental stages and the child’s daily routine.

During our sessions, we explore the child’s sleep from a holistic perspective and identify the factors that may be contributing to the night wakings. Together we create a plan that supports gradual and sustainable improvements in sleep.
